It has been stored securely as new without being moved. However, there were a few small black spots on the tank from the time of purchase. For example, the small spots in photo 15 are these marks, likely from the factory during packaging after manufacturing. They are small and probably not very noticeable, but please check the photos to make your own judgment. They are not at a level that would affect use. Accessories - Valve (Adapter), New This is the upper and lower part of a standard water faucet, red and white, used to connect to the tank. The outer diameter of the water outlet of this water tank is likely the same size as a standard water faucet, but the inner diameter is listed above for your reference. - Faucet (Connector), New This is the outlet part of a standard water faucet, white, used to attach to the valve. Please check the actual measurements above for size. - Tape for Installation This is tape used in standard plumbing work to wrap around joints to prevent leaks from the faucet. - Hose, New Orange and yellow hose.
