This is the Eminence, a top-of-the-line model from the now-discontinued York line. It is a model that corresponds to Besson's Prestige, featuring a main tuning trigger and heavy bottom caps, among other characteristics. The black nickel trim also gives it a sleek appearance. The sound is exceptionally warm and rich, with outstanding responsiveness. It has a tighter, more focused sound than a Besson, with excellent projection. We believe it would also be a good choice for those who find short cornets difficult to handle. A lightweight bottom cap is also included, so you can switch them out to your preference. The airtightness and operation are perfect, so it is ready to be used immediately. The instrument has been cleaned and the corks replaced for this listing (it has the original felt-like type). We debated whether to list it, but we are selling it to fund other purchases, and hope it will be cherished by its next owner. It is priced lower due to some slight fluffiness on the bell section and evidence of repair on the bell tail. There is no plating wear. Don't miss this opportunity. Includes original case, no mouthpiece. Click here for the manufacturer's site
