An extremely rare Lorée oboe! The manufacturer is likely Lorée The model name is Romilly. Lorée is a European woodwind instrument manufacturer highly regarded for its flutes. A trial performance video is available. [Repair Details] All pads, corks, and joint corks replaced Full disassembly and adjustment Key polishing and cleaning Correction of various moving part issues and lubrication Pitch adjustment for each note [Tone, Playability, etc. Details] It has a unique sound that cannot be experienced with other oboes, with a rather bright and brilliant tone. Being a conservatory system, it has its quirks compared to modern instruments, but this makes it interesting and a very enjoyable instrument to play. Due to the conservatory system, there are fewer linked parts compared to a standard system, so adjustments are less likely to go awry, making it easier to handle. Although it is an old instrument, it is in very good condition, and the key plating is almost free of corrosion. [Accessories] Case 2 reeds (adjusted to suit this instrument) [Recommended for:] Those who want to start playing the oboe Those who want to use it as a hobby or a secondary instrument Those who want to own a rare oboe Collectors [About Woodwind Instruments Currently Listed] This instrument has been repaired and adjusted by a former musical instrument store employee, now a private workshop repairman. The quality differs from products listed elsewhere as maintained or operation confirmed. While it may be slightly more expensive than the market price for used instruments, it is a great value when you consider the cost of purchasing an unmaintained used instrument and having it repaired at a music store. A flyer with our workshop's contact information will be included upon shipment. We offer post-purchase adjustments, so you can purchase with peace of mind! A trial performance video is available, but due to regulations, we cannot provide a direct link. If you would like to hear the tone, please search online. [Shipping] To prevent adjustments from being affected by vibration, we will apply measures to the adjustment screws before shipping. We will also perform re-adjustment and wiping before shipment. [Price Reductions] We strictly decline all price reduction requests for purchases made on Mercari. Please refrain from commenting with price reduction requests. [Product Condition] The product condition is honestly described. By purchasing, you agree to the terms stated in the description.
